Mathews Tablet Test Checklist
Use this checklist for the first Lenovo tablet validation. The goal is hard pass/fail evidence for install, offline package readiness, PDF markup, photos, template forms, offline relaunch, sync, and admin verification.
Do not call the tablet ready until every required item below has a pass/fail mark and the admin portal has confirmed returned files.

Issues Found
